I was really struggling to find a used car that was in good condition and being sold by a trustworthy dealership. I stumbled across Aspire Motor Group and liked a hand full of their cars and they seemed in very good condition, so decided to enquire about a car. The car ended up being perfect for me and in Immaculate condition. James was very helpful when discussing the history of the car and what everything meant. James also did all checks for the car and pointed out anything that may need doing in the future, which for this car was just a tyre. Would highly recommend this business, excellent communication and service from James and a fantastic car, which was in immaculate condition. We had visited a number of other dealers in the area that just felt a bit "dodgy" to say the least, but James was genuine, friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
I’m always nervous when buying a used car as I’ve fallen victim to disingenuous sellers in the past. However, it was clear James was a good egg from my initial phone call about a car.
The car was exactly as described with nothing that he’d ‘forgotten to mention’. James was very patient throughout the test drive and applied no pressure- he doesn’t need to because he’s genuine and the cars are described accurately! He has a professional home office to complete paperwork and was very efficient with it all. I am the proud new owner of a lovely 7 seater. Highly recommend and will be back in the future.
